St. Richard Golf Program Information

Golf 2017


St. Richard fields CYC West County golf teams, playing each year in the spring, for girls and boys in grades 2 through 8. Players register according to school grades attending in the spring.

 

Players in grades 2 through 4 participate in the CYC Little League program. The CYC Little League program is a non-competitive golf program for beginners. The program consists of five weeks of 55-minute group lessons (6-8 students per instructor), followed by 3 weeks of on-course play on a 'mini-course.' All lessons and play will be at the Family Golf Complex in O'Fallon, MO. Lessons will begins mid-March and course play will begin at the end of April. West County CYC fees are $90 per Little League player and $120 per Big League player. St Richard does not collect any additional fees. 

 

Players in grades 5 through 8 participate in the CYC Big League  Golf program. The Big League Program is a competitive golf program for beginners as well as experienced players. The program consists of three 90-minute lessons with a professional golf instructor, followed by six 9-hole competitive rounds. Lessons will be held at the Family Golf Complex in O'Fallon beginning in March with competitive play starting at the end of April. 

 

All Big League program players must attend a golf etiquette seminar conducted by CYC.
